Ouch! When the inside of my lip was damaged (newly chipped tooth combined with much rehearsing) I swished warm salt water around the area every hour or so (just like for a sore throat). Not too much salt, though -- about a half teaspoon to a cup of water. Also, there is a "Dental Gel" by Oxyfresh, which we can buy in the states in a grocery or drug store, and which was recommended by my dentist, which also seemed to soothe the area.
