For handmade reeds, I really like the reeds from GoodToneGuild.com. They are stable, fairly easy to break in, good tone, and they sound great in all registers.

For store bought reeds, Dunkel reeds are quite nice. Also, Lesher reeds. I've gotten many nice reeds from both.
