You can play C#-D# very easily - hold the LH Eb key down (and keep it held down) and then press and release the C# key - you don't need to take your LH pinky off the Eb key as the C (and C#) key will close the Eb pad automatically. You're only moving one finger to do this - your RH pinky on and off the C# key.
When you're playing in some keys (eg. Ab, Db, E and B Major) use the LH Eb so your right pinky is free to use the Db (or C#) key.
