 Best way to transition between C#/Db & Eb in fast passages?

I'm currently working on Abram's Pursuit and there are several super fast runs where a C# is followed by Eb. At that speed, it is very difficult to move my pinky fast enough so it just doesn't sound clean. This seems to be fairly common as I have it in other songs as well, also in fast passages.
