Well, "pomahc" is evidently Russian according to what I can find on Google. And obviously it's the 4th movement of a larger piece--why not ask your orchestra's librarian, or whoever is in charge of handing out the sheet music? It's not likely that your orchestra's library contains an unattributed 4th movement from a larger piece that was just xeroxed at some point in the past without anyone remembering where it came from. Somebody must know at your end.
