My oboe isn't grenadilla wood, it's cocabolla. It probably acts the same way though. Also, I know for sure I have to keep it humid because I am in New Mexico which is as dry as it comes. At night, it gets very cold so that's not a great combination. I was just wondering on ways to keep it humid. I think I will try to get one of those dampits :-) Thanks
