An entirely different subject, pricing of the Fox line.

These are common prices for shops that specialize in double reeds:

333 Student Oboe $2300 (all resin, lacks art C#, ring key, 3rd oct)
330 Student Oboe $2900 (all resin, lacks ring key, 3rd oct)
300 Professional Oboe $3800 (all resin, full key work)
450 Professional Oboe $4000 (resin top, wood bottom)
400 Professional Oboe $4200 (all wood)
800 Professional Oboe $4800 (all wood, metal tenons)


If purchasing from wholesalers that don't specialize in double reeds nor take as much care in set up, the price is about $200 less.
