While studying online oboe reed making information, one article mentioned cleaning the inside of reeds periodically.
I didn't pay much attention to it at the time but would like to try cleaning the insides of several of my reeds. It mentioned something about using a plaque.
What is the collective wisdom and recommended methods of the board ?
