For Bb you play it as A but with the lower of the two side keys - xxo|Bb ooo
For C you play it as B but with both of the two side keys - xoo|C+Bb ooo
For the upper 8ve, you're best using harmonic cross fingerings for better tone quality compared to the short fingerings - look for Baroque, Classical or Viennese oboe fingering charts which will give all manner of fingerings for the upper notes of the upper register.
