After reading about other oboes in the MIM catalog I realize the two right hand keys on the top joint (located where the right hand Ab/G# key is on modern oboes) operate C and Bb. I'm still not entirely sure how these notes should be fingered using those keys though.
Also, I didn't get a chance to play the oboe much before I sent it for repairing but I did notice all of the notes decending chromatically from A4 down to B3 work using 'regular' fingerings.
