Sounds like the key corks under the adjusting screws have given up. Natural cork is useless under adjusting screws as they chew through it, so a tougher material like rubberised cork is best used due to it being harder wearing.
Also if this oboe hasn't been serviced for some time, key noise is also indicative of the lack of key oil so that and the combination of worn key corks will leave you with an oboe that sounds like a typewriter.
