You have most likely bumped the Eb key, which kinks the tube where the C# shaft runs through it. Grasp the Eb and pull firmly out, away from the C key. If you're lucky you can unkink the mechanism. If this doesn't do it, then yes, you will need to find a repairman to disassemble and straighten it.
