Rachel,
I would suggest also looking at the offerings in the catalogs of Trevor Cramer http://www.trevcomusic.com or Valarie Jeanne Anderson
http://www.jeanne-inc.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=Catalog.
The Jeanne catalog is organized by type of group. The Trevco catalog makes it possible for you to search for specific instrumentation.
Perhaps a less elegant source than Peter has suggested, but potentially useful nonetheless.
Another good source would be the IMSLP (International Music Score Library Project) collection. http://www.imslp.org/ The "search by instrumentation or genre" link will take you to a screen where you can narrow down the choices, although some browsing will still be necessary. This site has become easier to use than it used to be, but it still takes some trial and error to find what you want. The great thing about this is that if you find something you actually want, you can download it for free right then and there.
I might also mention Oliver Seely's site http://www.csudh.edu/oliver/clarmusi/clarmusi.htm, which is also accessible right on this board http://www.oliver-seely.woodwind.org/ No index, so you have to browse through the list of files. There is quite a hodge-podge of transcriptions here, but I have found many useful items. If you have Finale on your computer, you can easily (well, more or less easily) create arrangements for the instruments you want from these files.
