The side key on Regents and other thumbplate system oboes is pretty vulnerable and the most common key to get bent or broken off due to its length.
You should look out for a donor instrument to get the side key from, but in all honesty your best bet is having a new side key casting fitted (eg. a Howarth S10 or S20 side key) as it'll be stronger than the one B&H fitted.
