Gregson are standard Knives used here in the UK available from Howarths online..they also sell GRAF..I like both I have two Gregsons and Two Grafs plus for my rehearsal bag I keep the Swiss Army Knife version which has two blades and is excellent. Non of these Knives are cheap Not but they are well worth the money..

As you are on a budget and ordering online you could try ordering from Udo Heng at Reeds-n-Stuff, these are by all reports very nice and not pricey..
