I seem to recall that Midwest Musical Imports http://www.mmimports.com/ and Forrests http://www.forrestsmusic.com/aboutus.htm do rentals, but I don't know about "rent to own".

You might also want to look at Weiner's http://shop.weinermusic.com/.

If these folks can't help you, they might know of someone who could.
