The photos and part of the description are taken directly from the closed eBay listing.
Here's a transcription of the emails between myself and the 'seller' so you can see how the conversation went:
(Chris P) Hello,
Can you let me know more info on the cor anglais as I know someone who is very interested. Was it bought in the UK or abroad and is it conservatoire or converted to dual system? Is the 3rd 8ve key in the original position or has it been moved? Whereabouts are you located?
Thanks in advance,
Chris.
(electronicscyltd@gmail.com) Hi,
It's from the UK, excellent condition, mint. I'm offering 30 days warranty or money back if not satisfied.
Let me know.
Thx
(Chris P) Hi,
Would it be possible for me to visit so I can try out the cor anglais? It isn't for me, but for someone in the US who has asked me to try it out on their behalf to be sure it's the correct specification for them.
Please let me know your details (address and phone number) so I can arrange a suitable date and time with you to visit.
Thanks,
Chris.
(electronicscyltd@gmail.com) Hi,
What?? I'm not a warehouse here where you can visit. Again, it's in excellent condition, mint. I'm offering 30 days warranty or money back if not satisfied.
Let me know.
Thx
(Chris P) I would like to try it before buying it - where's the harm in that?
............
No further response from the alleged seller and communication ended there. So then after googling the serial number of the cor and looking up the eBay listing where part of the description and photos were taken from, I contacted the real seller through eBay:
(Chris P) Dear kcoboe,
Hi, Are you aware the cor anglais you listed is now on Craigslist in the UK? http://london.craigslist.co.uk/msg/2476625610.html
I contacted the seller about visiting them to try it and they aren't having any of it. The info they've put in their ad has been taken from your listing.
I realise there isn't much you can do, but I thought I'd bring it to your attention.
Cheers,
Chris.
(kcoboe) Dear Chris,
I apologize for this - This seems to be a scam. I have reported the ad and it will be taken down. Thank you for alerting me.

............
I realise there are far worse crimes being committed, but this is still a criminal activity and I don't think I'll be able to trust anything being sold on Craigslist if they let this sort of thing go on right under their noses. Sadly this instance is only one of many.
