Thanks both of you,

I am not ready to go up quite yet and yes I have lots of research to do as of yet. Being I am not quite that experienced at this point some of the "fast key combos" and such I have not had experience with. You are right that I will need to upgrade some day, and I have definitly started doing research on different brands such as loree, fox, etc.

Honestly I am not at the point where I could be considered "good" enough to warrent such a nice instrument, but as we all do I am getting better all the time. Currently I can play up to a D above the staff, and can hit on occasion Eb, not quite to F and G just yet.

Basically the question is can someone like myself who does not have years under my belt on an instrument warrent such a nice oboe at this time?

Thanks as always.
