Screws back out sometimes. It's to do with how it fits. If there is some metal to metal contact the key action will work the screw out. Quick fix might be a touch of clear nail polish on the screwhead. . Sometimes repairmen actually put a burr on the screwhead so that is doesn't work its' way out. John
