My two cents:
You need to have a stable pitched reed.
You need a good (firm/flexible) embouchure.
You need really good airsupport.
And you need plenty of time practicing long tones and intervals on the air stream.
In my opinion this is daily practice!
I spend lots of time playing long tones and interval jumps ............. always aware of my embouchure and air stream/support.
