 Low B/C# Trill Mechanism?

Hi. I am looking at oboes for sale on line and I cannot figure out how to determine if they have a low B/C# trill mechanism. I have done quite a bit of searching online but have come up empty. Can someone point me to a picture or explain how to tell whether an oboe has this? Thanks!
