You'll find several pro model ring key oboes listed on eBay - I think there may be a Loree or Marigaux on there (I can't be any more specific than that).
Beware that Howarth produced both thumbplate (S2) and conservatoire (S3) system ring key oboes - the S2 won't have a ring for LH3 or side Ab/Bb trill key.
