2nd octave hole may be partially blocked. May need a good scrub. It is not something you should do yourself unless you know what you are doing. The hole insert needs to be taken out, cleaned, and put back, and make sure to seal perfectly and position correctly. You should take it to a professional repair person. It should not cost too much.
