GOOD LUCK!
F#-A-C are probably the hardest notes to flip between: and then the hands don't behave the same on the 2 octaves! The real bugger is that when you have it down pat when doing technical excercises, they still falter during that piece you're working on!!!
My only advice comes from an old clarinettist who studied in France; it consists of 2 parts:
1. practice SLOWLY: one NOTE per second at most
2. just before raising a finger, put extra pressure on it
This is supposed to (and I have the experience to confirm it) develop a muscular memory which allows you to forget about the fingers.
Playing extra slowly seems to defeat your goal, but the Orford String Quartet swore by it and Franz List used to say that he failed to master his compositions enough to play them slowly... many believe this was not a joke!
