Gosh. As a mother of 3, the concept of asking preschoolers (and by "preschoolers" I'm assuming you're using the term to mean children age 2, 3, and 4) to sit still for classical music for longer than about 5 minutes quite frankly boggles the mind.
That said, I'd definitely NOT spend a lot of time or effort on this. What I would go with is the least expensive arrangement of any Mozart quintet, because Mozart is very pretty music, and because the moms and dads will recognize it ("Mozart!") as quote-unquote "Classical music" and will--theoretically at least--be inspired to fork over.
And I would plan on playing perhaps only a single movement, depending on audience restiveness.
