Hi Howard,
Hans is well know in the Netherlands, he is very very talented. He finished conservatory, receiving the highest marks possible. So far I know him being a 'well known' Dutchman. Which, I am not, I never moved in those circles, having started playing the oboe almost a year ago. You must have had a very interesting lesson today, though.
What a bummer with DHL, I was starting to wonder what ever happened to the Greenline flying all the way to Singapore. You must have endured a lot of anxiety. Hopefully your repairman can fix the lower joint cork easily. Do you have a clue what happened to it? DHL is probably insured so be careful to take pictures and inform them.
How do you like the sound of the Greenline? Recently, I read the sound described as a bit harsh. How do you like the keywork?
Regards,
Joepie
