E is a notoriously bad note on cors due to the small diameter and relatively high placement of the tonehole - this tonehole should be much larger and further down the joint (roughly where the pillar is just below the RH3 fingerplate), but that would mean an uncomfortable and probably impossible stretch for RH3 to cover it successfully, and would also mean the kidney keys would need to be moved further down the joint due to their pillar placement. So for mechanical and ergonomic reasons they're pretty much all built to this layout which is far from perfect, but what we all have to live with.
So unfortunately there's no solution to the duff Es on standard cors until someone happens to make a radical redesign that has the ideal tonehole layout and the full Gillet keywork can be made to fit around the toneholes.
Perhaps start with the E tonehole (with the split D#-E plate) and work from that point outwards, but as RH2 is also a perforated plate and will need a split plate due to the stretch (like LH1) so it can be closed fully (and comfortably) by RH2 as well as the lower part lowered by the low C key.
