I went to Brevard Music Center when I was younger and I really enjoyed it. I can't say anything about the others though as I've never attended them. Anyhow, they had band, orchestra, and a pit orchestra for the opera performance (I believe it was Madame Butterfly). Also reedmaking classes and a lot of social activities and outdoor activities such as hiking.
