I doubt there is such a thing as a "cheap cor anglais" anywhere in the world.
I did find a relatively inexpensive one once--$1200 USD. But was the result of weeks of making phone calls all over the country to every double-reed store I could track down. (This was pre-Internet.)
I would be especially careful of an inexpensive cor--it very likely could be a dog. I lucked out with mine. Like most things, you will get what you pay for.
There's always ebay, but again you have to be careful. Right now there's a Chinese cor for sale that I wouldn't touch with a ten-meter-pole.
