The only places that'll most likely carry used cors are double reed or woodwind specialists (eg. Howarth, Myatt, Crowthers) or keep an eye on eBay as they often get listed on there.

Conservatoire system cors can always have thumbplates added to them (making them dual system - both conservatoire and thumbplate fingerings can be used on the one instrument), so don't rule out any conservatoire system cors you may find.
