... presume you've already asked your local woodwind rental stores?
... theory is that rentals usually need repair, repairs need somebody who has the supplies and knows where to get supplies
... or failing that, what make, model & serial # is your oboe, contact the maker directly
... as a temporary measure, maybe a local computer/electronics place might have a suitable type small screw
... don't just get one, get a few for your oboe emergency kit and stick them tight between folded masking or painter's tape for storage with screw-heads showing
... might as well get yourself suitable screwdriver/s for your oboe tool kit while you're at it, you'll always need to firm up screws from time to time as DIY general maintenance
... make a habit of regular oboe maintenance, especially a few days before any perfomance
... but if replacement screw turns out to be too loose, or doesn't tighten up properly, you'll need more specialized repair tech help, so find yourself a good woodwind repair tech if you can by asking around locally first
... hope these ideas help ... best wishes!
