Signet is just a brand of Selmer, the keywork varies. They were available with and without left-F and/or low Bb. So you really need to make sure they have the keywork you need.
The Signet was an upper intermediate brand, but they are old so make sure you can try before you buy one... they could very well have played out mechanisms or really worn pads.
A Selmer/Bundy/Signet without full keywork shouldn't be bought for more than $600 and with full keywork could be found for $1000 and under with patience.
I had purchased a full keywork Signet in playable condition off an auction site for only $800 and resold it to my teacher for one of her students since I didn't really have a need for it.
