Hmm, on my Loree all of the keys are in line, that is, they vent at the same height. Your regulation may be a bit out.
Does your forked F sound in tune, or is it very sharp? If so, the RH middle-finger plate has a mechanism with two screws attached to it. Check that the bumper-cork under the second screw has not fallen out.
[Your ring-finger should fully close the F# vent (the hole the F# note comes out of). Hard to see how that can happen if they are at different heights]
In any event this is unlikely to have an effect on the higher notes you mentioned. This is much more likely to be a problem on the top joint, perhaps the C vent is not sealing fully.
[Edit] ah - the sound of a falling penny - in all probability your G vent (1st finger RH) is not raising enough. Has the lever mechanism for Bb and C been bent in any way? Is this the problem?
