it comes with piano part inside cover with single oboe page on back of cover, and an additional insert part for the piano, guitar chords included on both
try fabermusic.com if you want to order direct, UK price converts to about $9 plus International P&H on top

might perhaps find competitive price online in US at good music stores, any out-of-state taxes if applicable and of course add Domestic P&H on top,
all these middlings sure do add up, makes the piece quite precious, i'm still mulling over archival transparent cover for it, but too late, my 'clean' fingers have already made deposits ... [:-]
aah ... whenever will i be able to play those sextuplets just ... so?
