I'm sure that ChrisP will do a better job than I, but here goes ..
I assume you can get all of the semitones up to G? If so, here's how to get higher.
The S10 is a simple thumbplate model with manual octaves. This is probably why you are having trouble.
G# is easy - just press the pinky G# key.
For A through C, you need to use the LH side octave key, and release the thumb octave key. You will find that a simple rocking motion of the hand will allow this - you raise your ring-finger and swivel your left-hand clockwise in one motion. This engages the second-octave key with the side of your LH index finger and rolls your thumb off the 1st octave key at the back.
Does this help? If not, your 2nd octave hole may be blocked. Remove and try sealing the top joint with your fingers. Blow into the reed-well, then press the side octave key. Air should hiss out. Re-assemble, and try again.
