 Used Oboe Condition
Author: kmhtoboe

In my time I have bought three used oboes from Howarth's and have been happy with each, but when I peruse current lists of used instruments I find a multitude of descriptions. I understand clearly the gradation of good - very good - excellent - mint, but am curious to know how the terms - reasonable - nice - very nice - lovely - beautiful, fit into the former scale. Has anyone any ideas?
