consitently sharp

Hello...
As the tittle states i'm always sharp.
Its becoming a problem, i have realtive pitch and i always fall sharp acording to my play along Cds.
When i practice with a tuner its says i'm about 20cents sharp.
i have a realy round emboubhure, and i am conscience that i am not biting.
i'm going to try new reeds this week.. so maybe that might be it.. any suggestions to bring down the pitch (every time i lip it down the pitch hits the mark but the sound is so bad it sound like a cow)

I wake up go to School, then Band Practice, then Practice my Oboe, then Sleep..... The wake up and do it again.
