They have a shop that purportedly sells recordings by the RSO, their CD listing is here, but searching on Pylkkanen or on 9803 turns up what is obviously Finnish for "No results matched your search." You might email one of the various American radio stations and ask them where they got their album. Since the RSO's discography doesn't list it, I'm assuming it's out of print. Or, of course, the next time you're in Helsinki, you could just stop by.
