... it's good to read her bio obit, when i was wide-eyed young and working from her books in the 60's i didn't know who she was really, and i didn't know she'd studied with Goossens (whose sound i adored back then)
it's good to know she had a long lifetime helping oboe students (and others) get on and get ahead
