Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any dealer meeting those criteria. In fact, I've found that most dealers, even when advertising 10-10.5, are actually selling something more like 9-12! If you want real consistency, you end up having to gouge cane for yourself. I think the same goes for gouge thickness or just about any other parameter.
