Play clarinet professionally in Canada with Symphony Nb as Principal clarinet and work alot in recording. Studied with Mr. Russo at a summer camp in 1983 and heard him play the Prokofiev Hebrew Themes live in New York and was awe inspired. As a student I remember him being very thorough and understanding of problems younger players have. His work is a true treat and to him in Stravinsky 3 Pieces in the private lessons once was a fantastic experience. He probably doesn't remember me though, I was just really beginning the instrument but his influence is great! It seems a shame more people don't know of this great artist even in North America!
