It looks like a Schreiber-made Buffet E11 to me. An R13 (or an E12) would have the oval Buffet logo stamped into the wood on all joints. It would be visible even if faded. On a E11 the logos were just printed on and could wear away without a trace, as here.
The style of adjustable thumbrest in the photos come with the E11 and E12. 1960s R13s came with a regular style fixed thumbrest— though these can be changed so it isn’t 100% definitive.
It’s hard to see in these pictures, but in my observation, on E11s and E12s, the arm of the right hand sliver key is straight, while on R13s it is curved.
I believe the weight of the evidence here points to an E11.
