The Voxman is a classic--a big fat book at a reasonable price. There are also many other transcriptions of Bach for clarinet. Eric Simon has a two volume edition of Bach for clarinet and piano. Other arrangements have been issued by Ronald Caravan, Larry Clark, and Florent Heau (as well as the already mentioned Delecluse book). The Italian Ricordi edition of Bach for clarinet--the Giampieri transcription--is perhaps the most technically challenging and it costs only $8.25 https://www.prestomusic.com/sheet-music/products/7069101--johann-sebastian-bach-21-pieces-for-clarinet.
Finally, there are transcriptions by Joseph Eller, who also offers a CD recording of him playing Bach on clarinet. https://www.josepheller.com/transcriptions.
