Ulysse Delecluse arranged a number of Bach violin pieces and published it as Quinze etudes.
I prefer to read the Bach violin sonatas and partitas from the violin score and transpose. Delecluse removes nearly all the multiple stops and maintains the upper line of the solo part. In the Bach solo works, however, the "soprano" voice often descends into an inner voice or an inner voice reaches over and becomes higher than the soprano. When you just play the upper line, then, you're often playing the soprano part but sometimes playing an alto or a tenor part. The result can range from weird voice leading to disjunct melodies. So I prefer to see the unarranged music and make my own choices, but your mileage may vary.
There's also a number of Bach flute works that can be played on the clarinet. Moreover, Telemann has some wonderful flute fantasias that also work well.
