Depending on when it was made, the low C# key on Selmer basses has been moved around.

On some it's a RH thumb key and on others (eg. C and D series low C basses) it's for the RH pinky where the low Eb key is found on the majority of other instruments which is next to the RH E/B touch (the low Eb touch on these ones being next to the RH F/C touch).
