Aside from the trios for cl/vla/vcl on IMSLP, from the Classical period there are also:
Fuchs, Johann Nepomuk (1766 - 1839) Trio in D major (1808) (cl in A)
Gébauer, Michel-Joseph, 3 trios op. 4
Hummel, JN, Serenade Op. 63 in G
Kreutzer, Rodolphe (1766 - 1831) Trio in F major (Bb cl or C cl/ob)
Polzelli, Antonio (1783 - 1855) Trio Op. 4 (1810)
I have played the Polzelli and the Fuchs. The Fuchs is quite good and the Polzelli is very good. Polzelli is thought to be the son FJ Haydn had with his mistress, the singer Luiga Polzelli. Growing up, Antonio was apparently called Anton because of his Austrian father.
The Haydn trios referred to in an earlier post are for cl/vln/vcl.
