Wow, good question.
I have changed that soooooo many times over the years and am just now looking at a fake that I like for "G" and "G#." I use the right pinky "Eb/Ab" and the rest open (a rather "high" over blown option) except for the thumb and register of course, for "G;" then add the last two sidekeys for the "G#;" and this sets up using the standard overblown high "E" for the "A." Still I think there is a better fake high "A" that I am overlooking.

I have almost been militant in my avoidance of the upper range since most practical music ends at the high "G."
Good fingering, and better in tune than mine!

Agree with Johng but I sometimes use the first finger in the RH for the G# depending on intonation but both work very well.

For me, A works better with either LH or RH C#/F# instead of the more common Eb key.

I find for staccato passages, especially quick ones, long fingerings work better for chromatic runs:
F: 123c#/123
F#: 123c#/12
G: 123(c#)/12 C/F
G#: 123(c#)/2 C/F
A: 123(c#) C/F
For all but the F and F#, the LF c#/g# key is not necessary, but it can be kept down to facilitate the transition back down to those notes and I find it makes the long G speak a bit easier.
