Unusual combination but you would think there is something out there for it. I can't find anything, though. The best I could come up with is from the Luyben Music list for clarinet and saxophone:
BEETHOVEN/Diaz Trio Op.87 (2cl/a sax)
A good trumpet player might be able to play one of the clarinet parts. I doubt the range in a Beethoven transcription would be too large.
Have you tried calling Eble Music and asking one of their specialists?
