From what I have read on this topic before, it can be a Chedeville blank. Most of the older American clarinet makers used to be supported with mouthpieces from France. As I see the bore and throat are unmodified. If you like the sound but rarely can fing a good reed for the mouthpiece, a new facing is the solution.
