I got it about two or three years ago from Schott Music, http://www.schott-music.com/. Back then it was the only place that seemed to carry it, after I was told that it was out of print.

Glick wrote at least 6 different Suite Hebraiques, for several combinations (eg. string quartet, cl and piano quartet, cl, fl, vln and vcl, etc) and he arranged his Suite Hebraique "No. 1"(cl/pno) for different combinations like string quartet, string orchestra and clarinet quartet.
You can see the list of various Suite Hebraiques and listen to some of them at:

According to Boosey & Hawkes, the publisher, the suite for clarinet and piano is available as a special printing. The price from Boosey translates to about US$26. Shipping will probably add another $5 or $6. The last time I ordered something directly from Boosey, I had it within a week (but it was an in-stock item, not a special printing). Schott distributes for Boosey and has the work in their catalog but they might not have it in stock, in which case they would have to order a copy from Boosey. I didn't check the exchange rates but Schott's price appears comparable to Boosey's -- no surprise given that they cooperate closely.
Gary Van Cott has the work in his catalog for around $40 plus shipping. That is probably as low a price as you will find in the U.S. and Gary's service is outstanding. Still, this is the second time, I have come across a work that was significantly less expensive to order from Europe (even with shipping) -- the other being the Reitz Clarinet Concerto, also distributed by Boosey. It appears they are not giving American dealers enough of a trade discount to make it possible for them to sell these works at a competitive price.
Best regards,
jnk
